Our Approach
Our approach to total Life-Cycle Logistics involves transforming four key areas resulting in an improved roadmap. The transformed activities are not just managed but are highly integrated, synchronized and optimized. We perform an in-depth "define, measure, analyze, improve and control" (DMAIC) process to make data-driven decision life-cycle logistics the process and then build an innovative strategic plan that leverages technology and improves collaboration. All of our efforts are innovative and conducted with speed and a sense of urgency but are also executed in detail to deliver desired results in a structured manner on time and every time we perform.
We place emphasis on Six Sigma and Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) to increase reliability. We reduce the logistics footprint and costs associated with the systems engineering process by providing highly effective services and support using PBL strategies. eNTEGRITÍ tailors its approach to meet individual client needs by identifying, assessing and addressing issues related to people, practices, processes and technology to create sustainable change.
