Acquisition Management
eNTEGRITÍ provides a wide-variety of Acquisition Management services from acquisition planning to the procurement of materials and services. Acquisition planning involves defining system requirements and establishing technical and programmatic plans and milestones. In support of the procurement function, eNTEGRITÍ acquires computer supplies and materials, test equipment, tools, and accessory items required in performance of the contract. eNTEGRITÍ develops alternative funding strategies, evaluates commercial product options, develops technical specifications, and monitors progress throughout the acquisition cycle.
Financial Management
eNTEGRITÍ develops and implements policies and procedures focused on program activities, organization, and funding levels. We track oversight activities, functional expenditure reports and financial activity plans for accuracy, comprehensiveness, understanding, and compatibility with supporting programs. Specific activities include collecting and preparing materials for program and budget reviews, drafting issue papers, developing strategies to either avoid or reduce the impact of funding cuts on programs, missions and business operations and preparing appeals. |
